"Dat Realta Rob Me"

Lol, I like that heading, but its a quote that I have heard very often, just yesterday even. Many people unfortunatelty have had bad expereinces with real estate agents but I can help you to avoid this ever happening again.

More often than not prosepctive puchasers go to the newspaper classifeds as the first checkpoint for real estate for good reason too, its the most widely used means of real estate advertisement in the country. Here is what I suggest, go ahead and make a list of the properties of interest then call and get additional information and get first names last names and companies. If you have been prequalified by your bank i emplore you to go and see some property and hopefully find one to your liking. I then suggest you call the The Bahamas Real Estate Association the governing body of real estate, they can tell you if the agent who assisted you with the property of you decided on is not only licensed but as important in good standing.

After you have found your property and ensured that you have been helped by a qualified and licensed agent, then and only then, do you move to the next step, the deposit. Now there have been countless issues as it relates to deposits made to real estate agent offices, but I will go on record to say that more often than not when there is a issue with the return of a deposit or other related issues, prospective buyers have failed to do their research on that agent and respective company.

If you follow these suggestions that i made here in this blog entry, you should avoid having "dat realta rob you" and be well on your way to home ownership. Please read other related articele that will help assist you in your real estate endeavors.
